66minors caught with Indian hemp in Bayelsa

66minors consisting 30females and 36males between ages 14 and 17 were paraded today in Bayelsa state at the command for being in possession of Indian hemp.
   Asquo Amba, the commissioner for police said no charges will be pressed against them but they will be counselled and returned to their parents.
